10 Factors of Creative Marketing
Various media share common traits. Those that succeed usually implement a combination
of the following key marketing points.
1. Measurable
The media or message should be in the form of a quantitative value that can be measured and compared
for current and future reference.
2. Repetition
To reach people of different natures who think diversely, you most likely can bridge
that gap by simply making sure that people get the message repeatedly. Make sure
your message if made and people understand as they will process the details in their
own way and on their own time. Repeat your message to get others to think more often
on what you have to say. Once again repeat the message not for the sake of repetition but for clarity.
3. No humor
Humor is great, however you are addressing a vast amount of individuals who may
not share in the humor in the spirit as it is given.
4. Do not ask to make purchase
Who likes a pushy sales person? Not anyone.
5. Purpose is to sell
You do however want the individual(s) to become customers. Present an offer that
they can act on based on their own choosing.
6. Create awareness
You may be a great company but if only someone knew.
7. Illustrate uniqueness
Most markets are saturated and people will most likely deal with those they know
and trust even if the service is not up to par. To gain confidence, let others know
why they should deal with you instead.
8. Illustrate knowledge
Knowledge is key of course, so let other know your everlasting and unique abilities.
9. Focus on a central idea
If you're presenting material in any fashion, make sure you focus on a central idea
as to not confuse or deter readers.
10. Longevity, flexibility and enduring
The message, although made repetitively, should be meaningful and thoughtful or thought
provoking. After all, if people do not remember it, how will they make decisions
as to whether they will deal will you and what good what that do?
